1. When will my order arrive?

The current estimated delivery time for all orders is 10-15 days. If your order takes longer, please contact us, and we’ll be glad to assist you.

2. How can I track my order?

You can track your order by visiting our Tracking Page.

3. Why isn’t my tracking number showing any updates?

It’s normal for tracking information to take up to a week to update after placing your order. During this time, it may display ‘We are preparing your order’ or ‘Info Received’. This indicates that your order has been packed and is on its way!

4. My order status says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Sometimes, tracking information is updated before the package is actually delivered. We recommend waiting up to 3 days after it’s marked as delivered. If you’re still concerned, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

5. Can I update the address on my order?

Typically, once an order is placed, changes to the address are not possible. However, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order, but only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to wait for the package to arrive, and if you still wish to cancel, please contact us to arrange a return.
